The St. Louis Football Cardinals publicly insisted they needed a larger stadium to remain competitive in the NFL. We developed a plan to add open seating, club/restaurant seating and luxury boxes to the existing stadium. So the Cardinals moved to Arizona and St. Louis built a convention center-indoor stadium, and the LA Rams had a new home.
